These abrasive cup wheels are use for granite countertop or granite monument fabrication, and in the construction industry for cutting, grinding and polishing concrete, hard concrete, marble, granite, field stones, paint removal and coating removal. Diamond Cup Wheels feature turbo style arranged segments to produce fast grinding and big holes for efficient dust collection. Diamond Cup wheels are available for hand held grinders or for special grinding machine such as those used for concrete floor polishing.
There are types of diamond grinding cup wheels for different applications. Wheels with welded diamond segments can undertake heavy workload such as for grinding concrete and stone. Resin cup wheels are better suited finer finishes or softer materials.
Diamond grinding cup wheels are used in two or more phase when polishing or smoothing concrete floors. The first is coarse grinding and the second is fine grinding. The two phases demand different diamond cup wheels to first get an even surface, followed by finer grinding or polishing.
